Anirudh Ravichander is a famous Indian music composer and singer who mainly compose sound track for Tamil movies. He is the cousin Aishwarya and Soundarya Rajinikanth. Anirudh made his debut in the Tamil film “3” directed by Aiswarya Dhanush. He is a young music composer and he is known for his romantic and mass number. The song ‘Why this kolaveri di’ in the film “3” composed by Anirudh was very famous and had followed more than million views. Personal life of Anirudh Ravichander
Anirudh Ravichander was born on 16 October 1990 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. His father name is actor Ravi Raghavendra who is the nephew of Latha Rajinikanth. His mother name is Lakshmi who is a dancer. Anirudh is the cousin of Aishwarya and Soundarya Rajinikanth. Anirudh joined in a band called Zinx at school and he started composing at the age of 10. He studied at Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan, K.K. Nagar. He is a graduate in 2011 from Loyola College, Chennai. He then learnt piano from Trinity College of Music, London and he also knows Carnatic music through Carnatic fusion band.
Career life of Anirudh Ravichander
Anirudh started his career in music at the age of 10 and he made his debut in Tamil film industry by the movie 3 directed by Aishwarya Dhanush at the age of 19. During his college days, he composed background music for short films which made him to compose music for Aishwarya’s film. He then joined in a music band Zinx on August 2011.
In November 2011 the official version of the song ‘Why this kolaveri di’ was released on 16 November 2011. The song became very famous for its lyrics and it scored more than million views on youtube. The songs in the film 3 were very famous and they are slow melody in number and he received positive comments for his composition. He then worked on the Telugu and Hindi version of the film 3 so that he had received good response. Anirudh composed Sachin anthem in which Dhanush sang the title song.
In 2013, he sang and composed a song Kanave kanave for David both in Tamil and Hindi. He then composed the soundtrack for the film Ethirneechal produced by Dhanush starring Sivakarthikeyan and Priya Anand which made him to win positive reviews. Anirudh introduced the Yo Yo Honey Singh and Hiphop Tamizha into Tamil film music through his films. The complete background music of the movie Ethir Neechal became very popular on youtube.
